Abadu-co is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, design, execution, and supervision of construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to engineering standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Prepare and review technical drawings, designs, estimates, and reports. Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff. Analyze risks and propose practical engineering solutions. Ensure all construction activities comply with local building regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience
- Experience in road construction and/or bridges
- Fluent in French and English
- Valid driving license
